What version of q3 are you running? What version of Generations are you running? What kind of hardware do you have? What is your com_hunkmegs set to? This is an error that I haven't seen since 99a, when it was fairly common. Back then, the fix was to delete the gen directory and re-install generations. Failing that, re-installing Q3 did the trick as well. But, like I said, I need the info above. I wouldn't recommend doing the whole re-install thing until we can look at it some more.
