For those that think life doesn't exist outside of our planet. Should take a look at the numbers. In that small patch of sky they can see 10,000 galaxies * Billions of stars in each galaxy * Each planet that revolves around the star. The odds are against the non believers.

the problem is we will never know because any light we get from those galaxies and planets is millions of billions of years old

Providing the universe is anywhere near infinite - it's either just us, or a WHOLE LOT of other life out there. The odds in numbers are definately for it, but ofcourse the conditions of the Earth are somewhat .. special. The way our planet was formed, it's steady temperature and the way the atmosphere, sun & moon keeps us alive 'n all.. we are somewhat an exception to the rule, as far as we can tell. And we're really really young on a cosmic scale too. But hey, I'm keeping my fingers crossed ;]

I'm 100% sure there's life beyond the earth.  I can't prove it to anyone else, but I've seen more than enough proof for myself.

What I meant was were the galaxys alive. There must be life on planets inside them. But were they alive themselves.

When I see the shots I think they might be.
