Title: Error (Its really important!!!) Post by: DLX on 2005-02-25, 13:50 Hallo everybody, i hope you can help me out of this problem.
I have installed quake III generations without any problems. I create a shortcut-icon with the parameters. When i started this icon the quake III console runs and changed into the intro screen. Then everything stops and i see the console with the error message: USER INTERFACE 6, EXPECTED 3. :huh: :huh: and the console cant load a *.dll from the open GL system. Then i installed the update but there is still the same error!! I hope somebody can help me please!?! O_o (My englisch isnt so good -> a german Player you know what i mean :)~ Title: Re: Error Post by: ConfusedUs on 2005-02-25, 16:53 Are you running the latest Quake3 patch? You need version 1.32
Title: Re: Error Post by: Phoenix on 2005-02-25, 17:10 It almost sounds like there's a problem with your video driver. That's the only explanation I can think of for a missing .dll file reporting from the OpenGL subsystem.
