hi all,

it was a nice game i think we should do it more offen too.

Question : Is it possible to make multijumps able ? and  killing rail un one shot. Its not gonna look like instabig for sure,  but rail is always kinda main waepon of aiming and damge.

Multijumps?  If you mean crate jumping like in Quake 2, it works for the Strogg Troopers class.  If you're referring to something else then you'll have to elaborate further as to what you mean.  Regarding "1-shot kills" we do have additional gameplay modes, including an instagib mode, planned after the core program work is done.  Remember though, Gen is about lots of different weapons, not just railguns.  ;)

i am not sure about quake 2 jumps, but i mean u can jump like 4 or more  times in the air if u want

it works pretty well =) u can jump all around and shot.  Acctually its make game nice by not searching the stairs to get up in some maps and making spectacular shots. Also gametype freez is very popular and very mutch fun . I am bad in coding so dont ask me how it works, but i think making some changes should make mod more perfect and attrect more ppls on servers.

But i am not sure if it is what u want plz let me know .

Well, apart from what Phoenix says (it indeed doesn't have shit to do with any of the original id games :)), it would destroy any vertical map's flow, layout and strategical design. If you have to take a long route to get somewhere from another point, there's usually a reason for that. If you can just hop up any time you like, you might aswell just play in a map that has no elevation, floors or sublevels. To me, that would be somewhat similar to removing all the items from a map: you remove something, and get a more generic and less diverse game. Bad? Bad. :]

I mean, indeed: and that is why multi-jumps are not a useful or necessary addition.

(kind of keeps me on my toes, I guess :))
