I'm sure Sam's one-liners will be there, but I think they're going back to being a bit more "Serious" about the gameplay. I haven't played Serious Sam II but Compared to First Encounter I think it was viewed as a bit on the silly side. This is swinging back in the other direction, and it looks pretty good.

I never beat it cause it always bugged out on me during cutscenes. |
