WHS will be attempting to acquire two adjoing suites at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Mesquite, TX for QuakeCon 2003. For this to happen, we need enough participants to reserve a slot. You must be 75-100% sure you will be attending. Slots are estimated at 12-16 available. Cost per person is unknown as of yet (est. $50-$100 total per person), more details will be released when they are known. As of right now, it is estimated that  we can fill one suite.

Time of stay (Thur - Sun) (Pre/Post Qcon volunteer) etc
Extra bedding available to bring (Sleeping bag, pillow)(If you bring sleeping material, your chances of getting a bed will increase)(Beds WILL hold 2 people, so get used to it)
