Hmm I can't judge a book by its cover (or software by its screenshots as the case may be,) but I really hope those title bars are customizable.  They're way too friggin' big for my tastes and my resolution.  I do like the new start menu look, but it evokes images of a certain open-sourced OS in my mind.  (That's not a good or bad thing.  I just find it interesting.)  Well anyhow, I'm looking forward to the next iteration of Windows as always.
