I can do more - just gimmie a week or so.

Edit: It wouldn't look right if I only did the head, since the Wolf3D head is extremely similar.

Angry:  Doom's faceplate turns red, his head shakes from side to side, akin to this guy here:

Snore:  The little animated "Z" of course.

Surprise:  Yellow Exclamation mark akin the the ?

Thumb:  Same as Skippy

Idiot:  Have Doom knock on the side of his helmet.

No, they're not.

Pho: I'm not sure how to animate Gifs. I wanted to do a dancing doomer, but didn't know where to start.

The yellow "!" will be easy, as will the thumbs up.

I know how to animate .gif files.  I have a nice program for doing it called GIF Construction Set Professional.  It handles transparent backgrounds and is fully programmable for framerate, etc.
