I have tried to join the servers lately but hava had no luck, tells me I'm missing maps, I can't remember which now, but today for example was Altarbeta. I have the 99f patch and the 99f FFA mappack and don't see any other maps for download on the maps section of wirehead page. Is there another mappack somewhere or do I have to d/l the maps individually from fileplanet?  Maybe a list of maps currently in rotation somewhere?

Thanks, I played a few maps after I d/l altarbeta and seemed to have the rest. I do hav those files you mentioned, so it should be mostly allright.
