haha, telefrag.. pretty much my one gripe with Q1. Telefrag the boss and it's over.

Personally.. I like barrels and crates, when available. I figure they're there for a reason.. and a nice big chain of them is fun to watch.

Other than that, I'd have to go with the classic chaingun.. sans Doom's version, of course. The 'chaingun cha-cha' is effective, but boring and slow.

I mostly like not to waste ammo and watch monsters doing business with them selves,
next would be aiming and mostly hitting with a grenade launcher flying monsters in Q2,
next to that chainguning or hyper blasting or just frying on equal level.

Telefrag is the best, people, the best.
BTW how the hell can you lure a Tank Commander to a lava pit? That's insane, not to mention impossible!

I always liked using traps (/the environment) to kill monsters, whenever I could get a chance. Teleporting is good too, but there's just too little opportunity to actually do that deliberately.. :}

Lopson:  Outer Courts.  You can melt every Tank Commander on that level.  I've done it.  If you doubt, I can record a Q2 demo some time to show how it's done.  Slipgate - Smirk

Tabun:  Deimos Anomaly is a telefrag orgy, and Unholy Cathedral gives some serious telefrag opportunities against some tougher monsters if your timing is good.
