Title: Microsoft is at it again (This is beyond lame)

Quote
Microsoft has been granted a patent from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on a process known as tabbing through a Web page in order to find links.

Although the patent award has raised the ire of some in the open source browser community, the implications for the widely used technique are unclear.

I could think of a thousand curses to describe what I think of this.  You all know why they're doing this, so I won't bother elaborating.  Feel free to rant.

Doesn't IE already support this?

I wonder If I can file for a patent on the process known as ''pushing small rectangular squares on a horizontal board in order to produce words on a computer screen'

I think it pretty much goes without saying that this is probably one of the dumbest things that Microsoft has ever done.
