I was just wondering, in light of the Resurgence/plugin character issues raised in the other thread, when will we be likely to see the custom model support implementedfor DM/CTF and will there be a way to configure them to work with certain classes eg script files?

Somebody needs to make a player model based on Sorlag except with a cowboy hat and Buckskin style leather jacket. The kind with strips of leather hanging loose from the sleaves. You could call it Cactus Jack or The Rattler. Do new skins show up for existing models? Like DOOM with a two-tone or three-tone skin?

Skins are fully supported at present.  Third-party model support is forthcoming for 1.0.

I seem to remember asking you to save up on those kinds of questions, especially when they're:

1. easily googleable
2. RTFM material
3. terribly newbie-ish or just plain short/quick

So next time you feel like asking 'What does LOL mean?' or 'Now where did I leave my keys', just hop on IRC and shoot. Much quicker, and I won't be clicking threads for naught. :p
