"What is more important when you play Generations?"  Duration being length of time played, and frequency being how often played.  For those of you who thought it was about sex, well, I did leave it open to interpretation.  ;)

Allright Con, can I just say "The bird is offended" and leave it at that?  I'm not posting the posterior of birds as my avatar...  Also "nipple covers" hardly qualifies as a bathing suit to me...  It's borderline nudity.

my vote goes for duration, though to help duration quality gameplay is nice

It has nothing to do with the "younger" crowd, and everything to do with decency.  dev/null, if you consider this to be "art" then you're welcome to, but what is considered art by some is profane to others.  This is a gaming site, not a bar, put some flocking clothes on the ladies or take it down.  This borderline nudity crap is demeaning to females and frankly I'm tired of it.  Ever hear the expression "men are pigs"?  Well, here's your justification.  There's enough trash on the net as it is, and I would really like to keep it off the boards.  You want to see almost naked females, go somewhere else.  Avatars are meant to be humorous and express a little bit of personality, but this is crossing the line.  Now I've said I'm offended by it, I mean it, and I've asked for it to be removed.  I'm asking for a second time.

I have to say that I don't much care for the nekkid chicks meself.  We can argue art all night, it's still nekkid chicks to me.  I don't like it.  I don't know how many other females visit the site regularly like me but as one female who does visit, I ask that the nekkid chicks go away.  There are a lot of cool avatars out and about, better ones than the chicks.

I was only kidding about seeing it as art though, even though I still see nothing wrong with it, except maybe that it's propaganda for a crappy game :P

Since a game can be over as quicky as 5 minutes in Quake, duration hasn't been a strong factor in the quality of the game. The replay value however is a major factor in how fun the game is, and playing against human opponents practically garuntees variety each time the game is played. So therefore, the more seperate games you play in Quake [by seperate I mean by changing maps or joining a server with other people], the more fun one can have playing Quake.

Frequency, I would rather have more megahertz running through a extremely wide series of  very short pipes. IE a lot of FPUs in parallel and an extremely short pipeline.  This would allow for god-like speed for floating point calculations, which is very important for any rendering engine.  For a good example, see the DEC alpha processor, before they were bought up by Compaq. For something a little more real world, immagine a Athlon XP running at the same frequencies that a P4 does. :P

accually, the game's pretty good, it accually requires you to think a bit :P

I believe there is quite a large difference between slow-motion and bullet-time. Even if there isn't, it's much more interesting to see people dodge projectiles than it is to see the human anatomy do battle with gravity :P
