I don't think I'd consider 10am a peak time... Doesn't really matter anyways, Grand Theft Auto 2 is still the best out of the series, and I have it :P

gta 1 .
gta2 doesnt even want to work under XP.
and it multiiplaye in it was very bad.
 blow up a car and watch the game go agaisnt 0.2 fps
and the only fun world was the second.
the first 1 had stronger cops.
and at this moment im actually playing gta3 or better the mod "real gta3"
wich makes every car look like a real car with reall names and reall speeds.
problem with gta3 is when you played it out thee isnt much to do there . exept those timed bonus missions .

I thought three's basic gameplay was too slow, having to stop and stand still just to shoot a gun is no fun. Plus, as you said, it gets boring :|

I even masterd the dodo .
can fly it for 400 secs then i crashed against a building :(
now with my reall gta I have to et to th 3th island and try to fly the F-16 thats gonna be fun . :D

I never bothered with the Dodo, it seemed rather pointless to me... Unless of course you find the "secret" island exciting  :huh:

and dev if you stil have gta3 you should download realgta.
adds a bit more carrealism in it .
specially if ya know that all those triads with there laundryvan now drive with the green car from the fast and the furious .

I hated the Fast and the Furious, but that's beside the point :P

The secrect island isn't worth the effort really, it's nothing but an invisible spot in the ocean that you can drive on... I would assume there are directions to it on Game Winners (http://www.gamewinners.com) though.

I do still have three, it's unlikely that I'll ever get rid of it (I tend to horde things until I gather a giant mess, then I do something with it)... I still need to get my hands on Morrowind ;)

Okay, okay. I installed Grand Theft Auto III and put the REAL GTA mod in, it was pretty nice, except it added quite a bit of lag to the game which isn't present without the mod :(

I also came across a muliplayer mod, though I'm far to lazy too try it out... Do you know anything about it?

its still in beta . 0.1 i hought it was.
its 2 players max till now and a 2 player min.
there was something with the cars tha your openent was always driving with the same car as yours or something.
but i havent really got the change the see it myself .
although i thought they said that they where gonna include ctf and cannonballrun in it :)
(cannonballrun = awesome in gta. ctf = could be cool in gta  )
