It has overviews of Quake 2, Quake 3, DooM 3 & Quake 4, as well guides to improve the framerate, connection, visual tweaks, FAQs, as well as some explanations like "Why does the framerate drops when you jump in Q3A", Benchmarks, demos, etc. Very complete site (yes, it already has a framerate guide for Quake 4).
