Title: Solving Illegal Immigration
Post by: Phoenix on 2006-04-13, 21:03
So it occured to me, the whole problem with illegal immigration is the border.  The illegals in the US want citizenship, and more illegals cross the border every day to get to America.  So, here's my solution.

No more border.  Invade Mexico and conquer it utterly.

Then all Mexicans will be US citizens, and there will be no more illegal immigration problem from Mexico.  It's a win-win situation.

Ofcourse not. What you'd have to do then, is force all Mexicans down and out, into South America. Then you'd have to set up a new border and control it. On the plus side, there would be a smaller area to patrol..

After the mexican/american war there was a movement in congress amoung some politicians to annex all of mexico to the united states. After careful consideration we just took the good part. Its a historical fact thats left of mexico isnt worth concurring.
