If you do not have either I will send them to you, provided you're not already intending on purchasing the Orange Box which has both, thus leaving you in the same spot I am.

I'll probably end up buying the Orange Box eventually anyway, so I'll be in a similar boat, trying to pawn the software off. Yeah all valve games do, and a few others that are available through steam, Sin episodes, The Ship for example, even though I bought the "hard plastic CD" versions in a store.
