Your problem is about GENflags. It's a command that restricts classes. The default is set to 0 - no restrictions but some reason sometimes "1" is th default (my friend had that). So all you have to do is bring down the console and type " GENflags 0 " and that should help (at least that is the only things that comes to my mind). Anyway, read through the manual. It's all there. Oh, and that only works if you are the admin of that Generations server, so if you happen to bump into some server with GENflags 1 you can't do much about that.
