My god, that was so awesome), but it lacked something... I dunno. Perhaps it was the whole 'upgrade and depend on hero units to win' method of play. I used to love just making hordes of ogre-magi and sending them all into battle... ph33r the bloodlusted ogres!

Post by: Twilight on 2003-01-28, 01:10 too many people wanted warcraft 3 to be more of the same, and I for one am glad they have heroes and creeps. makes the game different, and different is good. But SC is still more fun, so I have to tip my hat that way.

Post by: redx on 2003-01-28, 01:27 sorry, but i had to go ta. sc is a very close second, though. i love the insanity of the game: huge maps, tons of units, and huge weapons. the longest, and probably most enjoyable games ive had in any rts were in ta, many of which lasted 6 hours or longer. sure its not the most strategic game, but thats part of why i love it. anyway, my true love rests with the tbs games like the civ series. cant wait for moo3.

I know it's for a console (lemme finish before the flamewar please) but it's by the best console game makers, Nintendo (though i'll consiede that Sega could rival).
