Well I'm not even going to bother checking out that link again (I can't remember,) because taxing different aspects of the internet aside from cable/phone line usage is complete and utter bullshit. Good day to them. Whoever thought up of that idea should be voted off the planet and forced to repair the hubble telescope. (I have no idea why, but I'm particularly haughty today. Please forgive me. :))
