Title: How to play CTF on the maps? (Is it possible?) Post by: JRock on 2004-02-05, 22:26 I'm curious how to play CTF on some of the maps available for Generations Arena. Is it necessary to have a separate map file for a CTF version to work or something?
Reason I ask is I just loaded the map "The Dark Zone - Pro remix" and had flashbacks of fun CTF matches way-back-when on that map. I loaded it up with the gametype as CTF but there weren't any flags I could find. Did I just do something wrong or is CTF not really yet implimented in GA? I can't wait to play CTF on classic Q1 maps! =) Now if only the bots knew to move over to the teleporter to get out of the bottom trapdoor area on that map... lol. Guess they weren't waypointed to it. Title: Re: How to play CTF on the maps? Post by: ConfusedUs on 2004-02-05, 22:33 The map has to include CTF entities to work as a CTF map. That version of the Dark Zone doesn't have CTF entities (such as flags).
