Fantastic!!!  You have done what few have ever managed to accomplish.  Relish in this, and when the cravings return to haunt you (as they will), just remember that
YOU ARE STRONGER THAN THE CRAVINGS!! :thumb:

  :band:

You may even develop allergies to them, to where smoke is intolerable and even small amounts choke you.  I know three individuals that have experienced this.  Two smoked, the third was exposed to heavy second-hand smoke while he was growing up because his whole family smoked even though he never did.  All three of them cannot stand being around it now at all.  This does not happen to everyone.

My mom developed asthma after she quit. She can't stand being around smoke either.

But congrats on quitting. :)

I quit without any problems, after smoking for 9 years, unless you count my addiction to chocolate, which started the week I quit smoking. (Really)

I now need an after 8 mint as a nicotine patch (not really, just a poor joke) :smirk:
