#379 ... this is the third year im tryin to make it, hopefully third time is the charm, im prolly going to end up buying a whole new computer by qcon time... and im driving my poor little fiero alllll the way down there, i hope she makes it..

if you do get one, be prepared to be nickel & dimed to death.. hehe, ive put 300+ in new parts into mine in the last week... more next week im sure, and thats just making it driveable.. of course i bought mine for 700, and half that 300 is the stereo i put in it for 150.. hehe

Speakers?  Those are all 4x6 in there, aren't they?
I always wanted to pimp one of those out with a huge stereo.  I think that if you made kick plates to fit right behind the front wheel wells it would sound great and allow  at least a 6.5" driver, maybe 8" if you were careful...
That under-the-hood storage space is the perfect spot for a little band-pass action Slipgate - Laugh

mine has 4x10s in the front i think, and 4 seat mounted in the back..  havent out new speakers in yet, just a stereo, was all i could afford atm, sounds great, but the cones a torn a bit on the front ones so they rattle some..

Ah, 4x10s, that's right.  Been too long since I've peeked in one.
And the seat mounted speakers.  Never had a chance to see how those sounded -  3.5"s?  Or straight tweets??.  I've always wondered if the passenger speakers messed up the imaging since there wouldn't be a way to stop those waves from reaching you...
