In the never-ending debate of the most important topic known to man, I have to say

What do you call your soft drinks?

Pop? Soda? Coke?

http://www.popvssoda.com/

I used to call it pop almost exclusively, but now I tend to say soda about half the time.
It's like culture shock or something.

Well ... I usually say pop. It really kinda depends on where I'm at when saying it. If I'm in Texas, sometimes I'll say soda instead. Unless ppl hate the word pop, then I use that more. *snickers* I can't stand 'coke' tho. The only time I say coke is when I want a coca-cola. Pfft ... stupid southerners. =P

I just say the brand name of the drink (Coke, Pepsi, etc.) most of the time.

o.O  You know... up until I moved to Arizona, I have never heard the term "pop" used exclusively by itself.  I have also rarely heard soda referred to as "Coke."  From my experience, it is usually referred to as either soda, a soft drink,  or cola.
