This does not have to do with making Quake more network efficient, but rather using Quake 3 to manage network clusters and server behavior. Take a look:

Needless to say, this might be the future of network management. A 3-D workspace is larger, therefore more profitable than your regular 2-D workspace. Let's see if this project will take off.
