So will the RIAA be pursuing a $100,000 per infraction per song policy with Sony on this like they do with everyone else? Let's see, for 6,000 CD's, assuming 8 tracks per CD... I'd say Sony owes Mr. Fernandez $4.8 billion.

yeah well in the great state of California unemployment cannot be garnished, except child support, taxes and stuff like that. So spork them.
