A Tennessee woman yesterday filed a proposed class action lawsuit "on behalf of all Americans" who watched the Super Bowl halftime show and were somehow injured by Miss Jackson's adorned nipple. In the below federal complaint, Terri Carlin, a 47-year-old Knoxville bank employee, contends that Jackson's exposure and other "sexually explicit conduct" during halftime festivities caused viewers to "suffer outrage, anger, embarrassment and serious injury." Details of those supposed injuries were not further described...

Well... if it were possible, I'd sue the superbowl for its shittiness for being a huge marketing scheme instead of a good game of football.

Either that or a remote because she was too damn lazy to get off her ass and change the channel if she found the scene so offensive!  :angry:

I'd hate to imagine how much more she would sue for if she was present at the game as there was a guy who stripped down and paraded around the field naked.   <_<

No doubt MTV will find some stupid way to parody themselves at their next award show.  They'll probably have Will Ferrel expose his nipple or something.   Slipgate - Roll Eyes
