I did bring this up before on the old boards, but since its gone, I wanted to bring the discussion back into view.

If anybody has played Threewave CTF for QIII, you will notice they give a choice of what kind of hook you want, be it Q1's, QII's, or QIII's. It is my opinion that I think it would be awesome to see a custom hook for each class during CTF. Come now, I know that  is a wonderful idea....

Well maybe im the only one but i do NOT like the hook in q3..i find it ruin the gameplay just seeing some grapple monkeys flying away with your flag, i rather be without it but i know most ppls like it...

I, too, am not a fan of the grapple... never was. Custom grapples though wouldn't be bad though.. since I know most others like the thing.
