Because slippy doesnt have a rail, you can just open up your slipgate.cfg and put color1 "x" and color2 "x" in, depending on what color you want your torso/trousers to be (yes, i did say trousers, leave it out Slipgate - Tongue).

Then open your strogg and arena configs, and set your railcolors to what you want them to be Slipgate - Smile
That'll change the colors depending on your class every time you switch classes.

Of course, if you want all your classes rail/skin colors to be the same, just leave it as it is Slipgate - Smile

well, like i said, you have to set  /cg_playercolorlevel to 255 for full color effect

0 is no color from the rail colors, 255 is full color... everything else is shaded inbetween...

You also won't see it from first-person.  Do a /cg_thirdperson 1 to see the effect on your player skin.  This also only works on the RANGER model at present.

I presume that
/cg_thirdperson 0
will then take you back to first person view?

I got it to work.

After the teamchat the other night I checked it out and now have a colour sceme that I have not seen on any other player.

Thanks Con. You're a star.

P.S. I've just seen the summersalts that the player makes if you press backstep and jump together. I love it! Also the axe moves in thirdperson view. That must be what the other players see, I suppose.

No problem man. Slipgate - Smile

And yes, the axe 'punches' in third person, just like the fist and knife do. Everyone can see that, and the backflips.

1.0-ish. Pho needs to code the animation support, as Q3 doesn't really support frames-based animations first-person.
