I've just read up the log over the last day or so, and you've done nothing but spam the channel, bitch at the ops, and try to piss people off.

You've been warned by me several times about all of the above.

Unless Lee changes his mind, the ban stays.

I spoke to Lee the other day regarding your behavior.  He agrees that you can return to the channel after a week, with the following conditions.

1)  No spam, period.  Talk is fine, but flooding the channel is not, and NO MORE SONG LYRICS.
2)  If a channel op or moderator says you're out of line, no backtalk.  Behave when told or out you go again.
3)  No personal insults or vicious talk to other channel members.  Respect the channel, and those who are in it.  This includes Byskwik.  I know you two got into it, but if you haven't already it's time to drop it.  Now.  If you have a personal dispute with somebody talk it over with them in private, but if someone complains that you're "being a bastard" then out you go again.
4)  You're officially "on probation" when you return to the channel.  That means if a channel op finds you're out of line and warns you, or if someone complains about you and you either continue to be out of line or backtalk then out you go, length of time to be determined by whoever kicks you.

Those are the conditions.  You'll be allowed back in on Thursday, provided you agree to them.  As a neutral party I had no part in this decision, however I did go along with it after hearing the account of what happened.   Personally I'd hate to lose you as a regular, you've been very helpful as a beta tester and a good regular player, but four different people have complained about your behavior which led up to the incident in question.  It was decided I'd post the conditions since I wasn't there and thus would be more neutral, so,  there you are.  It's up to you man.
