Oh yes. New Quads. Generations Style.



They'll pulsate or whatnot in-game ofcourse.

First I'll make a fresh Slipgate Axe, then I'll get some powerup models for Doom and Earth done.

Heh. The Earth Logo is red on the armors, so it seemed appropriate - besides, it stands out on the battlefield. :]

Well, seeing that the other quads aren't physically blue either, that's a good point.  We'll see how it looks when I get it lined up next to the other powerups, and in actual maps.  I like red anyway, so if nobody really objects...?

oh as for the doom quad

what about a stylistic version of the UAC logo

you know the Mars the the triangle going into it

If you're short of ideas for the Doom quad, why not make it a red soul sphere type thing as a nod to Skulltag? It's the closest Doom has ever come to having a quad damage powerup.

Yeah just seen the Skulltag site and the Doom Sphere is well in keeping with normal doom
