Actually, you do. You see, oxygen is formed as a result of fusion in stars. All elements heavier than hydrogen are because, well, they're fused from hydrogen. Hydrogen is fused into helium initially, sure, but helium is subsequently fused again into other atoms, either helium with helium, or helium with hydrogen, etc, and the results of their fusion are further fused, until eventually the star supernovas and spreads its new elements throughout the cosmos, which later condense into new stars and planetary systems.
So in essence, everything is hydrogen. Now bow down.

Haven't you ever wondered why it's so hard to tell male birds from females if the plumage isn't different? We're not exactly arranged the same way you mammals are. Male and female birds are pretty much identical back there. We just have one opening we use for everything.
