I have some time on my hands and would like to try LInux. If all goes well, I would like to move over from XP evantually, but in the mean time I'll put it on my older comp and try it out.

Spec:   I need one thats easy to install, runs Q3, UT and ut2004 if poss, and firefox. if that makes sence.

I have 2 harddrives fitted, so could do a dual boot, or even a boot from an extrenal HD thou the USB.

I know several wireheaders use LInux, but what is recommented for me? not a beginner, but not far off. Doom - Huh?

What about this? (found a link on a uk ut forum)

I like the Fedora project. Already tested it and it was pretty good. Don't know if it brings Firefox, but I'm sure it supports.
