Today marks an annual holiday in the United States where people gather around to give thanks to God for all the good things in their life, and to consume mass quantities of cooked turkey flesh, among other things.  The traditional means of preparation is roasting, but of late there is another means of cooking that, while popular, is also inherently hazardous.  It involves fire, and a bird, and nobody knows that combination better than Phoenix.  Fire and birds usually don't mix too well, nor does fire and humans, and when you add a dead bird + hungry careless human + cooking oil + fire it can be dangerous and outright deadly.  The bird is already dead so it doesn't have to worry, but for the humans it's a serious problem.  What I'm talking about is deep fried turkey, and so is none other than the Captain of the Enterprise, William Shatner, along with some other humans who know a little bit more about fire than you do:

Remember, Phoenix is the only bird that should ever be on fire.  Enjoy your meal, but play it safe.  Doom - Thumbs Up!
