Supposedly they are, but I've not seen a decent fuzzy shambler skin floating around.  This particular skin got the teeth spot on.

Those Reforged critters are all pretty impressive.
The other Shambler they have, while not exactly furry, is a little closer to my tastes. The guts are a nice touch, too.
