Pepe's banana doesn't bother me in the least.  Tekhead's on the other hand is borderline pr0n here.  Yes, I know it's meant as a joke.  Let's just not let this whole new board thing fall into the gutter, shall we?  Slipgate - Roll Eyes

 I don't mind animated gifs, within reason.  If it's something that's going to lag a 56k'er, is obviously offensive, or in obviously poor taste,  then it's got to go.  Keep it small, keep the framerate low, and keep it clean and not overly visually annoying.  The blurred Omega symbol doesn't seem to bother me although others claim to find it distracting.  Personally I'd rather look at that than a monitor set to a 60Hz refresh.  The latter is like looking at a strobe light for me.  :blink:
