What's your favorite sound effect in a video game?

I have a tie between Starcraft's "Nuclear Launch Detected" and the radio chatter in Half-Life

I'd have to go for pretty much every sound the Mancubi make.

I've got several favorite sound effects:

Link gun primary fire from UT2003 (UT2004's was good, too)
Explosion sound from Doom (barrels, rockets, etc.)
Many of Serious Sam's quotes
Nuke (Flare) spell from Final Fantasy IV
Hyperblaster from Quake II
