spork yes a sequel/prequel/whatever to Painkiller, a great game just because it had action and shitloads of it instead of irritating puzzle after puzzle

This also flew under my radar.  I applaud Mindware for their efforts and People Can Fly for allowing them to turn a mod into a retail product; I just hope they'll make it in the market.  Anyhow, I'm off to play the demo! Slipgate - Smile

Not a new initiative, since Valve has been doing this for a while, but still a very important initiative. Game companies should do this more often, that's for sure.

Yeah, seems like there's a few retail mods on steam, like Red Orchestra and Garry's mod.

I don't really see many other companies doing the same thing though.

As for the demo though awesome is a pretty good description i think, the one liners can get a little stale but other than that... and sphere or whatever it's called is a weird ass looking MP map.
