I would not want to be in Warren Spector's shoes right now.  I don't know how exactly to take it.  The fact that she's underage and naked doesn't really bother me so much as whether or not the texture artist purposely left the school girl like that or didn't.  If the texture artist meant for it to be a in-office joke and forgot to remove it before the gold master, well of course he's still at fault and should be fired, but he shouldn't be labeled as a pedophile.  (I'd question the rest of the team members for allowing that though.)  If the texture artist purposely did that for the simple fact of offending people, well then Ion Storm should can his/her ass and press charges.  On the reverse side, many artists make their artwork "anatomically" correct.  I don't find that offensive in the least bit.  Hell I am not offended by artists drawing minors engaging in sexual activity either.  My problem is if it was created/left as is with malicious intent.

Also, since I don't own Dues Ex 2, here's an odd question.  Are the undergarments of the characters in Dues Ex 2 simulated via texture or via modeling?  If the school girl's panties are actually rendered, then it could be the modeler's fault or perhaps just a glitch in the rendering engine.

AS for it being a technical glitch, if it's real, there's no way it wasn't intentional.  You don't model and skin a part like that under a dress and then render panties on top of it - you;d just draw that part of the skin as panties.
If it's true, who ever is responsible for it will almost have to be fired - the publisher can't have things like that in their product and not expect to get lots of troublesome flack.  It doens't really bother me one way or the other since it wasn't really made in a malicious way, but it is in poor taste.

Video games already have a bad rap as it is.  This sort of thing only gets the "concerned parents" groups up in arms even more.  If the game has an "M" rating on it then technically it could slip through and not be a legal issue, but the politics will take on a life of their own, as they usually do.  I think someone should get their chops busted over this.  He had to deliberately have textured that, and that lack of maturity really doesn't belong in a professional gaming company.  This isn't the same as the strippers in Duke Nukem.  This is someone intentionally sneaking something into a product that was never part of the original design.

The screenshot would be VERY easy to fake, so I still have my doubts. The fact alone that the creator of that page was able to make a nice highlight-circle in the pic shows that he has some skill with photoshop ;]

Oh well, the game runs at 7 fps here anyway, so i won't lose any sleep over it.. j/k

sin ,
1)shoot the hostages in the chest and half there bra will fall off.

2)in the mansion level near the end of the game , find the secret key and go trough the secret door behind the bookcase .
there you will enter janitor bobs room ( this guy is also mentioned on ritals site , and has its own stories ) you can site behind  camera and see the bad girl take a bath .

3)go look in the sinfiles , pk2.sin under model/pl_elexis you will find a nude skin in a folder called x ..


what I wanna say with it , this is old .

Those are ADULT women though. Not 10 year old girls

And I bet you this is fake. I first saw it on Shacknews.com, as a post relayed from someone who has been repeatedly banned.
