They've been leveling threats at the US as well. I'm hoping it's all just hot air, but you never know when someone's crazy enough to do it. Hitler surprised a lot of people when he started WWII. All it takes is one tin-pot dictator with delusions of grandeur to stir trouble. Give that dictator a few nukes and then it's a much more serious picture.
