As if alcohol and cell phones aren't enough...  Engaging in any activity that causes involuntary muscle contractions should be an obvious no-no while operating heavy machinery.  And people want to ban guns because they're "dangerous"?  Why don't you just ban stupid people from using dangerous things and solve it all the way around?

B/c that would make too much sense pho, so therefore not happen due to humanity's lack of such a concept. And plus, who would determine who's too stupid to do said things ? More than likely somebody dumb enough to do such things in the 1st place ... so I don't think it'd work all that well. Hehe.
