Sweet. Verruh nice. Yes, folks, we're getting closer... Planning for Qcon should start to get very high on peoples lists in the next few months. The idea & bumper sticker submissions will be open until, well a reasonable amount of time before Qcon, as I, and others, amass some needed cash to finance this. This unplanned trip to the states didn't help with my cashflow tho  anyways, keep em rollin! |

Qcon announcements will be coming very soon, aside from coming up with ideas, coming up with cash should also be on everyone's list of things to do. I have a "feeling" that es gonna be a bit pricier this year. :ph34r:

i forget when this was said, but at some conference someone asked todd h if qcon would ever cost anything, he replayed 'F. NO!' ... i think that speaks for itself, qcon will never cost anything except that which it costs to get there. if anything, itll cost less this year cause airline prices are WAY down on airlines like southwest....

Hed, I'm on official qcon staff this year, and I am privy to some info. Whereas the event is still free (and will remain so as long as possible), the other parts involved in attending (unless you live close by) are costly. [/hint]
