There exists the distinct possibly that he is the Illuminati AI crafted to oversee Echelon IV and the monitoring of all electronic communications in the world.

EDIT: In response to this newfound information, I propose we switch to using a secret code for all of our important conversations, lest the information falls into the wrong talons, so to speak.

?I am what I am because it is who I am and it is what I have always been.  To say or think that I am someone different other than who and what I am, would be to deny my very existence.  However, if I were to say that my existence is dependent on who or what I think am, then my existence could be altered? These alterations are not essential though?  It is merely ?existing? that is essential?  I must ?exist? then, with or without the proper vessel to house my persona.  Yes, it has been decided.?

I just did some checking, and Phoenix never stopped talking during the time the account "SkyNet" was created...

This either means that SkyNet is not pho, or Pho really is a super-secret Illuminati AI
