Flicking through the multitude of screenshots on the site, it occurred to me, how do you get Q3 to write screenshots directly to JPG? Normally I have to write them to TGA and convert them through PSP. This would save a lot of arsing about.

/bind X screenshotjpeg
where X is the key you want to take screenshots with. I prefer Q, as I can use it while playing if something really cool happens

or in my case, I try to record a demo of every match, and play them back later to get better shots of the good stuff.
