Yes you more or less summed it up Demonwench. If you can't get by some turd in one class try another section or try it again at a later date. If you must, go to another school. I left UT Knoxville all those years ago and finished up an associates degree at Pellissippi. I can still go somewhere and finish up my bachelor's degree. One of the biggest hassles is always money. Until you're past 24 years old a lot of people will stay in the wringer. Once you pass 24, a lot more financial aid falls in your hands. It's amazing the difference a few years makes. The other part of the problem is making the grades, because if you're getting financial aid, you have to maintain a minimum GPA and stay at least half time level. If you fall below 12 credit hours, your aid is cut drasticly. If you fall below 6 credit hours you lose it all. When I get my suit on, I'll get the South Pacific and Australia. Just try to stop me.
