I recall some talk of someone setting up forum games or something similar of original games (Doom, Quake 1 + 2) that generations is based on.

So out of sheer morbid curiosity whatever happened to that plan?

When (if?) things ever start to work properly, I'll see about maybe getting this kind of stuff setup. It may be better to wait for summer to roll around, however, since more people are active during that time. At last check, we have a lot of people other than myself who are in school, so that would likely boost numbers for this kind of thing.
