We don't usually post stuff like this on the main page, but it's serious enough that I felt everyone should get a look at it and the topic won't be as easily buried on the news page. It appears that Java has a rather serious security hole in it that's been discovered. Since Java is a cross-platform language this means EVERYONE needs to pay attention to it, even the Linux users out there.
