I know something like this has been created before, but to be honest, I couldn't find it if it even still exists.  (I looked through all of Rants & Randomness, and more than a year's worth in Off-Topic and came up with nothing.)  Anyhow, I have enough new material that I thought you all would enjoy, and I'd like to see some of yours.  Feel free to post discussions that are not your own as well.

Here's one of mine...

John: The soda machine in the Nemec main lobby continues to confuse and amaze me.
Me: Heh
Me: Why's that?
John: I hit the button for a Coke.
John: I received a Coke and a Sprite.

This is probably a 'you had to be there' moment but...

I was at work with some co-workers waiting for something to do, and a group of girls (i'd say 12  if that old) started harrassing my co-workers. not wanting to end up in jail I walked away.
the conversation that happened then was similar as this

(me) What the hell was with them?
(co-worker 1)I dunno, how old were they 13?
(c-w2) Probably.
(c-w3) They offered to pay me to hug me...
(me) What are you some kind of pg-13 man-ho?

that phrase will probably follow me to the grave...
