Holy freekin... just... WOW. That Rocket Launcher looks BAD, ASS. And all the armor... my god. Sweetness indeed. I really need to get myself back into q3. I say q3.. because I feel Generations is what q3 should have been to begin with. It's the only way to play q3 for me any more.  LOVE the Slipgate smilies! Nice RL skin, Tab! One question, though: How would we able to tell the Earth armors apart from a distance? Because I sure can't from close up.  Do you plan to do some shadering or recoloring? |

Definitely unwaxed. It just seems that the grittiness of the weapon is taken away when there is some kind of sheen on it.

Waxing that RL skin up makes it look like it's made out of marble. A little buff n' shine wouldn't be too bad, but that shader doesn't look right with that skin. If it were a bit toned down, I think it'd be cool.

Nice armor as usual. I'll be curious to see how the RA turns out.
Nice RL too. It's funny, before the new model/skin came along, I never noticed there was anything wrong with the RL, but now that I've seen the new one, the old one looks totally off. It is kinda cool though in its own right with the liberties it took in the original design and all the unusual details (the handles are really wierd). I have to wonder how it came to be in the first place though. Anyway back to the new one, IMO unwaxed is better.

No shader should ever destroy whatever skin I make by this awful waxiness, imo. Especially not for slipgate.
